The Azerbaijan e-Visa is issued with the following conditions:

• e-Visa is a single entry tourist visa. It is intended to facilitate visa for tourists.
• e-Visa will be valid from your intended date of arrival.
• Your e-Visa will be valid for the amount of days you choose on your visa application.
• You are free to choose the duration of stay up to 30 days; however, your duration of stay must equal the hotel reservation days and according to your flight dates.
• The e-Visa fee must be paid 15 business days prior to the intended date of arrival to Azerbaijan.

We strongly recommend that you not overstay prior to expiry of your authorized period of stay.
If you stay beyond the duration of stay date, even if only for a few days, the holder of the passport will be fined up to 300 EUR for each day during the first 3 days of the delay, (fines can be paid at the airports or borders). If the delay is more than 3 days, in addition to the fine, the holder will be deported.

You must send us the following documents after submitting your online application.

A colored digital photo

Photo must be taken with a neutral facial expression (eyes open and clearly visible, dimensions 3X4) Click to see photo requirements.

A Hotel confirmation voucher

The Hotel confirmation voucher must be issued from the Hotel itself with signature and stamp on it. We recommend to book your hotel through our agency in order to get your visa faster. 

A copy of round-trip flight ticket

If you enter Azerbaijan by train or bus from the nearest countries, you can send us the flight ticket for the country you are coming from by train or bus.

A copy of colored scan of your passport's main page.

Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your departure date from Azerbaijan.

Approval of an application is not given immediately. Applications take within 7-15 business days to process. We will inform you by email when a decision has been made. If your visa gets approved we will send it to you. Once your application is approved, you can print a copy of the approval to carry with you when you travel. When you arrive in Azerbaijan, your electronic visa will be accessible to the passport officer who greets you.

e-Visa is a single entry tourist visa. You can enter Azerbaijan with your e-visa only one time.

Yes, e-visa is tourist visa and all tourists are required to book hotel for the amount of days they intend to stay in Azerbaijan.

No, We do not accept Booking.com Confirmation Voucher. However you can book your hotel through booking.com and then contact the booked hotel and ask them to send you Hotel Confirmation Voucher with signature and stamp on it. 

We recommend to book your hotel through our company to get your visa faster.

No, You do not need to go to Azerbaijan Embassy or Consulate to collect your visa. All the procedure for applying for e-Visa will be completed via e-mail between you and us and e-Visa will be sent electronically to you.

Payment Options: Payment By Credit/Debit Card 

Acceptable payment cards are:

• MasterCard
• VISA

Services are charged in Azerbaijan Manat (AZN).

• If you pay for your visa application by credit card, a surcharge will apply. 
• The current surcharge rates are: Visa and MasterCard - 4 %.
• We will send you an invoice with unique İD number and total amount in order to make a payment. 
• The cost of visas changes from time to time and depends on applicants' nationality.

If your application is not approved, we will inform you with an official letter.
Note that e-Visa application fee is non-refundable: If your visa is refused, the visa application fee is not refundable. If you want to re-apply you can do so, but must follow the process and resubmit the new application and visa fee.
