Payment should be made in Cash, Debit/Credit cards and via Bank transfer.

*Full payment should be received no later than 30 working days prior to passengers’ arrival. Payment should be made via Bank transfer.

RATES 
All rates are quoted per person in Azerbaijan New Manat (AZN), inclusive of the prevailing taxes and service charges unless otherwise it is strictly specified therein. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Validity
All information and prices shown are valid and correct at the time they were published in the website but are subject to change without notice.

Visa
All foreign nationals entering Azerbaijan are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. Tourist visa seekers are requested to apply for the Azerbaijan Tourist Visa through online application link, in order to make an application for obtaining the Azerbaijan Tourist Visa.

Special Requests
If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms and so on, please inform the Company when making a reservation. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

Booking Procedure 
All booking enquiries and bookings will be replied within 48 working hours excluding weekend and public holidays except for extreme circumstance which is beyond our control. Booking can be made directly through our email.

Voucher
Voucher will be issued by Billurtur  after the booked trip is confirmed and  payment  is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email or fax to passenger.

Cancellation & Refund 
Cancellation of booking of Tours or Tour Packages must be notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to departure or within the specified period allowed as stipulated in the specific Tour or Tour Packages. All cancellation must be confirmed by Billurtur Travel Company in writing to be effective. Refund rates are based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice.

Cancellations will be  subject to the following charges:
* More than 45 days prior to trip departure. No charge, however 100 AZN deposit is non-refundable.
* 30-45 days before arrival: 10% charge
* 15-29 days before arrival: 40% charge
* 3-14 days before arrival: 60% charge
* Within 2 days before arrival: 100% charge
